Since we visited during their renovation, the hotel is a bit noisy during the day. However, the hotel staff is awesome and the hotel also compensated the customers by providing them with free continental breakfast buffet and wine reception. It is conveniently located at time square and next to subway station, so it is very easy to travel to and from the hotel. ...read more

Even though under construction the hotel still was able to satisfy our needs for comfort and service. Can't beat the location and the bell staff will get you anywhere else you need to go.

Family with Young Children
Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful rooms with excellent bed linens and cleanliness. Feather beds and duvets were divine. Stayed in a premiere double room and the size was adequate, maybe even on the large side per NYC standards. Beautiful lobby and excellent location. 1/2 block from Times Square and within walking distance to Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park. Restaurant was ok, we went for breakfast and while it was ok, it was pretty pricey. I find that to be typical of hotel restaurants however.
